How Is Coil Cleaning Done?
Coil cleaning is the process of removing dirt, dust, and other contaminants from the surface of HVAC coils. It’s an essential part of any mechanical system’s maintenance program.
The process typically involves the use of specialized cleaning solutions, sprayers, and brushes to break down and remove buildup. For evaporator coils, high-pressure steam is especially effective. We use a powerful Industrial-grade steam equipment. This method allows for deep cleaning in place (in situ) without needing to dismantle the system.
Steam cleaning not only significantly improves the efficiency of A/C units—reducing energy consumption and lowering operational costs, but it also eliminates bacteria, mold, and other harmful contaminants.
